Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) Program:
IWT allows Area 19’s counties to use grants to reimburse employers for training their current workforce.
Employer application and contract.
Employers who are interested must complete an application, have the application approved, and sign a contract before the training starts. Most applications are approved or rejected within 10 business days of submission.
